The business relationship between SCHÖNE SAMMLERUHREN and you is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

The purchase contract is concluded when we hand over the goods to you at our place of business or accept your order by means of an express written declaration of acceptance by email and send it to the delivery address you have given.

All prices are final prices in EURO plus the agreed shipping costs. We would like to point out that the sale of the used goods that are the subject of the contract are subject to differential taxation in accordance with Section 25 a UStG and that no VAT is incurred. This tax is not shown separately in the invoice.

We send your watch carefully packaged with transport companies that specialize in valuables.
Shipping is insured in full and is delivered by express. Insured shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.
The flat rate for shipping to countries in the European Union is 60 EUR. For shipping to countries outside the
European Union, the shipping costs must be requested separately. We will make you an offer.
The delivery is usually on the next working day within Germany at the recipient.
Shipments within the EU are usually with the recipient in 1-2 working days. International shipments, which are subject to customs inspection, usually take 4-5 working days. You will be informed about the tracking number.

Payment is made exclusively by transfer in EUR to the following German account:

Payment with PayPal and Credit Cards we don’t offer. In individual cases, other payment terms can be agreed through individual arrangements. SCHÖNE SAMMLERUHREN will invoice the customer for the purchase price including any shipping costs in the order confirmation by email. The purchase price is due upon receipt of the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of the full payment amount with insured shipping.

SCHÖNE SAMMLERUHREN remains the unrestricted owner of the goods until the purchase item has been paid for in full.
You are only entitled to offset if the counterclaims have been legally established or have been recognized by us. You only have a right of retention if the counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of objection, you must contact us: SCHÖNE SAMMLERUHREN, Steffi Schöne, Albrecht-Dürer-Ring 68, 83607 Holzkirchen, info@schoenesammleruhren.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the revocation immediately (e.g. by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.
The costs for the return of the goods are to be borne by the customer.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by you that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
The customer must notify us in advance by email to announce the return.
End of revocation

When purchasing used goods, claims for damages due to defects are excluded.
The warranty obligation for used items is one year, starting with the handover of the goods. The liability for defects does not include water resistance, accuracy, wear and tear of the strap, normal signs of wear and tear (scratches on the glass / case), corrosion due to humidity, breakage / loss of the winding crown, winding shaft, mainspring and damage from impact or falling. If the goods are defective when they are handed over, the buyer has the right to have the defect remedied (subsequent improvement). Further warranty claims, in particular the right to conversion or reduction, are excluded. In general, the customer is not entitled to have existing defects remedied himself or by third parties without SCHÖNE SAMMLERUHREN and express consent. The warranty claim expires if the customer or a third party interferes with the object of purchase. SCHÖNE SAMMLERUHREN is not liable for defects caused by improper handling of the item by the buyer or third parties.
As far as we grant an express functional guarantee, the details result from the guarantee conditions, which are attached to the respective article. These guarantee claims exist without prejudice to your statutory claims and rights. In the event of a reduction in the sales price, the functional guarantee is excluded, unless a different agreement was made when the product was sold.
In the event of a justified complaint or notification of defects, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs
incurred after checking.
In the event that the complaint turns out to be unjustified, you are obliged to bear the costs of insured shipping.

German law is exclusively applicable to this contract (excluding the laws on the international purchase of movable goods). The place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is our company headquarters in Holzkirchen (Miesbach).

We use your data to process orders and to maintain ongoing customer relationships. We do not make your data available to other companies. We will be happy to provide you with information about the data stored about you at any time.
